Post-war British Design

sale identity & catalog design

Christie’s themed exhibition and auction, “Great Britain,” presented a broad variety of items synonymous with London and offered an exciting opportunity to acquire iconic pieces of the city’s imagery and history. Emblematic of the sale’s theme, deconstructed versions of the British flag were proposed as a recognizable motif and a custom font, consistent with gallery signage and sale catalogues.

SHAW CENTER FOR THE ARTS

New building construction

signage

The Shaw Center, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is home to a performing arts venue, a visual arts museum, and several educational non-profits located throughout its 125,000 square foot, mixed-use facility. In addition to exterior signage and placemaking, a wayfinding program was required to guide visitors through the center’s many destinations, including parking, restaurants, and retail. The signage design takes cues from the building’s unique channel glass façade and incorporates the wonderful works of art housed, and performed, at the center.
